Overview

The work covers the whole path from a problem to a system in production: deciding whether AI is the right tool at all, choosing the model and where it runs, building the agent or the product, and wiring it into the systems the business already has. I still write the code, so the person advising on the architecture is the person who has to make it work.

What I do

04 services

01AI agents & integrationsProduction AI agents wired into the systems a business already runs.02Local & on-premise AIPrivate models on hardware you control, and hybrid local and cloud designs.03AI strategy & advisoryWhere AI fits, which model and vendor, and what a pilot has to prove.04Arabic-first AI productsBilingual, right-to-left AI products, and AI that cites Arabic sources.

How I work

Positions I have written up

Evidence before answers

In high-stakes work, retrieval gates generation, citations are carried as data, and a system that cannot find a source says so instead of guessing.

An agent inherits your permissions model

Scope is enforced by the system, not requested in a prompt. Read-only by default, write access per tool, approvals for anything consequential.

Local where it matters, hosted where it does not

Sensitive steps stay on hardware you control. Everything else can use the best hosted model for the job. Most real systems are a split.

A pilot is not a decision

What production looks like, and what the pilot has to prove to get there, is written down before the pilot starts.

What I will not claim

Running a model locally does not by itself make a deployment compliant with PDPL or any other regulation. Data residency is one input into a legal and security assessment that belongs to you and your counsel. I will tell you what an architecture makes possible, not that it makes you compliant.

Questions

Asked before an engagement

Do you work with companies outside Saudi Arabia?

Yes. I'm based in Dammam, in Saudi Arabia's Eastern Province, and my clients are in Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Ireland.

Are you an individual consultant or an agency?

I take engagements under my own name, and I'm the engineer on them. I'm also Founder and Tech Lead at Multixion, co-founder and Head of Software Development at NuwaTech, and Head of Software Development at Nexel.

Do you work in Arabic?

Yes. I work in English and Arabic, and Arabic-first products are one of the four things I build.

Is running AI on our own servers automatically PDPL compliant?

No. Local hosting makes certain architectures possible, and data residency is one input into a compliance assessment. Whether an architecture is sufficient is a question for you and your counsel, and I say so in writing rather than implying otherwise.

How do we start?

Send a few sentences about the problem by WhatsApp or email. I usually reply within a day.
