01

The problem

Organisations buy security tooling and treat training as a compliance formality. But the recurring entry point is a person: a convincing message, a reused password, a helpful action taken under time pressure. No amount of perimeter spend addresses that directly.

02

Approach

Deliver awareness training built around how attacks actually reach people in an organisation, rather than a generic slide deck about viruses. The goal is changed behaviour in ordinary situations, not a certificate.

03

What it does

01
The human layer
Training aimed at the point where most incidents start, rather than at the technical controls that already have owners.
02
Social engineering
How pressure, authority and urgency are used, and what it looks like from the receiving end.
03
Credential habits
Password and credential practice framed as everyday behaviour rather than policy text nobody reads.
04

The hard parts

01
Awareness decays
A single session raises attention temporarily. Treating training as an event rather than a programme is why the effect fades.

Detail

Client confidentiality

I'm not naming the organisation that received this training. I describe it here as an organisation in Dammam.

Scope of this page

I describe only the subject areas I covered. I make no assessment of the organisation's security posture here, and none would be appropriate to publish.
