Privacy notice
Who is responsible
Aadhib Nasser, an individual based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, is the data controller for this site. There is no company acting as controller here — this is a personal website.
For anything in this notice, including any request about your data, contact hi@aadhib.ai.
The short version
- This site sets no cookies.
- If you do not use the contact form, I hold no personal data about you beyond the transient server logs described below.
- Analytics is optional, off until you allow it, and never identifies you.
- Contact form messages are stored in the United States. That is explained in full below.
What I collect, and why
If you send a message through the contact form
The form collects your name, email address, an optional company name, the reason you selected, and your message.
Why: to read your message and reply to it. That is the only purpose. I do not use it for marketing, I do not add you to a mailing list, and I do not share it with anyone.
Legal basis: you provide this data voluntarily in order to contact me, and it is used only for the purpose you provided it for.
The form also runs two anti-spam checks — a hidden field that only an automated script would fill in, and how long the form was open before submission. Neither stores anything about you.
If you allow analytics
Analytics is off unless you allow it. If you do, this site uses Plausible Analytics, which is designed not to identify visitors: it sets no cookies, creates no persistent identifier, and does not track you across other websites. It records aggregate information — which pages were viewed, roughly where in the world traffic came from, and which site linked here.
You can withdraw that at any time, right here on this page. Nothing about the site changes if you decline.
Server logs
The site is hosted on Vercel, which — like any web host — processes technical request information such as IP address and browser type in order to serve pages and protect against abuse. I do not build profiles from this and I do not have a separate copy of it.
Where your data is stored
Contact form messages are stored on servers located in the United States. The database is operated by Neon in the AWS us-east-1 region. This means personal data you submit through the form is transferred outside Saudi Arabia.
I am stating this plainly because Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law governs transfers of personal data outside the Kingdom. If you would prefer your message not to be stored outside Saudi Arabia, contact me by WhatsApp or email at hi@aadhib.ai instead of using the form, or ask me to delete the stored copy after I have read it.
A copy of your message also arrives in my email inbox.
How long it is kept
Contact form messages are kept for 24 months and then deleted automatically. Records past that date are removed by a scheduled job — the retention period is enforced, not just stated.
You can ask me to delete your message sooner and I will, including the copy in my inbox.

Fonts are self-hosted, so no font provider receives your IP address. There are no advertising networks, no social media pixels, no session recording and no third-party embeds on this site.
What is stored on your device
No cookies. Two small values are kept in your browser’s own storage, and both stay on your device:

None of these identify you or leave your device. The first two exist to do something you asked for; the third exists to record a choice you made.
Your rights
Under Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law, you have the right to:
- Be informed about how your personal data is used — this notice
- Access the personal data I hold about you
- Request that it be corrected if it is wrong
- Request that it be destroyed
To exercise any of these, email hi@aadhib.ai. I handle these myself, so there is no ticket queue — I will confirm what I hold, or delete it, and tell you when it is done.
If you are not satisfied with how I have handled a request, you can raise it with the Saudi Data & Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA), which supervises the Personal Data Protection Law.
Children
This site is not directed at children and I do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has sent me information through this site, contact me and I will delete it.
Changes to this notice
If this notice changes materially, the date at the top changes with it. It was last updated on 16 August 2026.
One honest caveat
This notice describes accurately what this website does. It is not legal advice, and it has not been reviewed by a lawyer. If you are relying on it for your own site, get it reviewed — and if you spot something here that looks wrong, please tell me.
Your analytics choice
No analytics provider is configured on this site, so nothing is being measured and there is nothing to consent to.
