Aadhib Nasser builds software, AI products and the companies around them. He works out of Dammam in Saudi Arabia's Eastern Province, where most of his clients are the kind of operators who measure a system by whether it holds up on a Sunday morning.

He is Founder and Tech Lead at Multixion, co-founder and Head of Software Development at NuwaTech, and Head of Software Development at Nexel. Across those roles he has designed and delivered enterprise platforms — visitor and access infrastructure, maintenance and service management, ITSM, CRM and integration layers — alongside a newer line of work: AI agents and local model infrastructure deployed on-premise, for companies that cannot send their data anywhere else.

He trained as a computer scientist (B.Tech) and still writes code. The founder part came later and by necessity: the products he wanted to build needed companies around them. That combination — engineer who runs the business, operator who reads the pull request — is what clients and collaborators actually hire.

He publishes build logs and notes at aadhib.ai, works in English and Arabic, and is usually happy to talk about AI products, local models, enterprise software and building technology companies from the GCC.
